Jangaon College of Education is established with a view to provide quality education and service activity in this part of Warangal District (new Jangaon District). This college is initiated by well educated and highly qualified persons.

The college has been assured in to existences in the academic year of 2002-2003 with intake capacity of 100 trainees with a view to providing trained graduate teachers to the various educational institution of Andhra Pradesh especially in the district of Telangana.

From 2015-2016 onwards B.Ed two year programme – Semester system framed and with intake capacity of 50 trainees (Single Unit). The College is affiliated to the KAKATIYA UNIVERSITY Warangal, and also recognized by N.C.T.E, New Delhi .The college is located in Nidigonda village in a peaceful atmosphere with spacious play ground in the beautiful environment with well established building.

The Result of past 17 batches of B.Ed and 12 batches of D.Ed were remarkable one with ranks & Distinctions. It is assured that the quality teacher education will be provided by the efficient and devoted faculty members.

The Administrative control of this college vests with the management of Jangaon College of Education, Jangaon. The Principal of the Institution is charged with the responsibility of management and direction of all activities pertaining to the college, The Secretary of Jangaon Education Society is Sri C.Upender Reddy and Joint Secretary Dr.Ramapahani have been looking after the Teacher Education programme successfully both academic and administration. The motto of the college is, EDUCATION FOR COMPETENCY.
